Attitude Builders is a Tool Box for those who lead others. The mission of Attitude Builders is to raise people and performance to the next level. Each month an electronic ezine is delivered complete with an employee version PDF to be distributed. Each month new tools are added to the tool box including  practical tips and facilitation instruction as well as an audio link to download.  The result is increased employee engagement, heightened problem-solving, better teamwork and open communication as well as intellectually stimulating meetings that employees look forward to. .

ICARE Products, the product division was born in 2003 when Marlene introduced the Builder's Series booklets, which have many uses for both training and marketing, and have been purchased by companies like NASA, McDonalds and Detroit Free Press. 

Character Builders evolved in 2005 when Marlene Chism developed a booklet to compliment the Chamber of Commerce initiative to build a community of character. As a result of this product Marlene joined a collaborative effort with Character First! an international organization dedicated to providing resources to communities interested in promoting character. The Character Builder booklets are a vehicle to raise funds, promote character and provide character education for businesses.
